Product studio · operations software

Software for the operators that enterprise tools ignore.

Dispatch. Rent rolls. Care schedules. Status pages. Built for shops, landlords, and teams too small for the contract and too big for the spreadsheet.

01 / Platforms

Nine products. Three jobs. Not a suite.

Each one replaces an enterprise tool that priced out the operator — or a spreadsheet that should have been software years ago.

01

Independent operators

Shops and portfolios too small for the enterprise contract.

02

Care & community

Coordination tools for the teams holding other people up.

03

Infrastructure

The stack operators and agencies run when hosted tools get in the way.

02 / Approach

Enterprise software was not built for the people doing most of the work.

Pathfinder Networks builds the operational platforms they actually get to use — dispatch, property, care, community, and infrastructure — at a price and a scale that match how they operate.

We ship the software that should have existed between the spreadsheet and the enterprise contract. Not a charity version of someone else's product. Not a sales cycle you cannot afford.

03 / Studio

How we decide what to ship.

Pathfinder is a product studio, not a platform company. These are the filters every product has to clear.

01

Operator first

Ship the workflow they already run. A dispatch board, a rent roll, a care schedule — not a platform they have to reorganize around.

02

Own the stack

Durable systems and long-term product ownership. No hostage contracts, no implementation theater, no forced annual commit.

03

Keep it runnable

Thirty-minute setup. Flat monthly pricing. The tool has to work in a truck, a shop, or a kitchen table — not just a demo.

04

Price the missing middle

No 50-unit floors. No $2,500 onboarding. Independent operators get the real product, not a stripped trial of an enterprise SKU.

04 / Questions

Straight answers.

What is Pathfinder Networks?

Pathfinder Networks is a Florida product studio that builds operational software for independent operators — shops, landlords, caregivers, nonprofits, and technical teams priced out of enterprise tools.

Who is Pathfinder software for?

Independent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops; landlords managing 10–50 units; home-care agencies and families; churches and nonprofits that schedule volunteers; and agencies that need isolated uptime monitoring or private GPU inference.

Are the Pathfinder products one suite?

No. They are nine separate products. TradeFix, GarageFlow, and Vestix serve independent operators. Curalis and GraceSquad cover care and community. StatusPulse, GB10 Studio, iKanBan, and ogcheck are infrastructure tools.

How is this different from ServiceTitan or AppFolio?

Enterprise platforms start around $2,500 a month or require a 50-unit minimum. Pathfinder prices for the missing middle: TradeFix from $49/month, Vestix from $39/month, no enterprise floors, no implementation team required.

Tell us what you run.

Shop, portfolio, caseload, or stack. If a Pathfinder product fits, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll say that too.
